No strangers to the festival scene, Dukes Of Windsor, animated the vocal and enthusiastic early crowds with their signature dance-floor anthems and complimentary musical melodies - creating an atmosphere to kick-off the rest of the day.
Danceable rockers, Something With Numbers, clearly lifted the young crowds’ anticipation, moving through an unshakeable set-list of crowd-pleasing songs, that produced an array of moshing punters and flailing limbs.
Top 40 favourites, Operator Please, fell slightly flat on the usual, crowd-uplifting performances we have come to expect. However, they provided enough enthusiasm to sustain the growing crowd numbers, who were settling in for some of the country’s exceptional talent.
One clear highlight of the day was Faker. On stage antics and energising crowd participations, make this band one of the greatest live acts in Australia of late. The band never failing to build energy and excitement with each catchy song.
